From major to minor - the changing fortunes of Sudan

Following last month's referendum, Southern Sudan is expected to announce its secession from the north in July. Having spent the last 50 years as part of the nation¿s main religious power block, the south's Muslims will soon form a much smaller group in Africa¿s newest country. Most would have it no other way.
